Payment records entered into the platform by residents or committee members

To send payment reminders (Pro plan, opted-in associations only)

All data is strictly tenant-isolated. Residents can only access their own flat's financial records. Committee members can access full association-level data. We do not allow cross-tenant data access under any circumstances.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 and TLS 1.2+). We use phone OTP authentication — there are no passwords to leak. Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform with regular security reviews.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers strictly necessary for platform operation (e.g., SMS gateway for OTP delivery) under data processing agreements.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your association's active subscription plus 12 months. Upon written request to support@socibooks.com, we will delete your data subject to any legal retention obligations.
